The freitagsküche of Michael Riedel and Thomas Friemel combines my interest for alternative restaurant concepts, art and culture. Every Friday night different persons cook for about 80 people. The guest chefs bring their own ideas and we help to realize them. This leads to varied menus for a mixed crowd and finally to an unique night.
